Who is Kinava for?

Kinava is for community organisations, non-profits and care teams that work with people through group programmes or individual support. It brings everyday administration into one place.

Can we use it for counselling and one-to-one work?

Yes. A programme can support one person or a group. Types such as Therapy and Counselling use the same straightforward workflow, with sessions, attendance, documents and progress notes.

Can the same programme run with different groups?

Yes. Duplicate a programme, give it a new name or date, and enrol the next group. Its participants, attendance, completion records and certificates start fresh.

Do certificates apply to a session or the whole programme?

Certificates recognise completion of the whole programme. Your team chooses whether a programme needs certificates, reviews who completed it, then previews and prepares them for downloading or emailing.

How does access work across organisations?

Each organisation has its own workspace and records. Invited staff can switch between the organisations they belong to. Profiles can be linked deliberately, with selected contact details, notes and documents shared when appropriate. All staff in an organisation can access its records in this version.

How do I get access?

To bring a new organisation to Kinava, choose Register your organisation. We review each registration before the workspace opens. Staff are then invited by their organisation’s administrator and follow the link in their invitation email to set a password.

Can I use Kinava on my phone?

Yes. Kinava is designed for both phone and desktop browsers. You will need an internet connection to use the workspace.
